We offer a variety of ways to connect, ensuring that clinical excellence always feels approachable and matched to your needs.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, or simply a season of transition, our individual sessions provide a grounded space to explore your story. We use evidence-based approaches (like DBT and CBT) but keep the conversation human and jargon-free.
Relationships are messy. We help you and your partner move through conflict, rebuild intimacy, and improve communication. Our approach is neutral, supportive, and focused on the health of the connection between you.
The transition into adulthood is one of the most intense shifts we ever make. We provide a non-judgmental, safe environment for teens and young adults to navigate identity, academic pressure, and social stress.
We believe quality mental health care should be accessible. Our clinical interns offer high-quality, supervised support at a significantly lower rate for those who need it.
Fill out a short form and tell us a bit about what’s bringing you here. No pressure, no long history—just what feels important to you right now.
A real person on our team reviews your request and pairs you with a therapist who feels like the right fit for your personality and goals.
We’ll get you connected for your first session. And if it doesn’t feel quite right, we’ll be honest about it—and help you find someone who does.
Our counselors are either CCC, OCCOQ, or OPQ, depending on the counselor. We recommend checking with your provider to confirm your specific coverage details, but we're happy to help figure it out with you.
We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. This allows us to offer the time to another client. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to the full session fee.
Depending on your insurance, we are able to; otherwise, we provide detailed receipts for you to claim. You can pay by credit card or e-transfer.
